On behalf of one of our biggest clients, Knowsley Lift Services were tasked with the full replacement of a 8 floor triplex arrangement, the OEM being Orona.

Knowsley Lift Services were tasked with providing a reliable, efficient cost-effective replacement solution for the triplex which has had many reliability issues given age and increased demand.

Following discussions with the main stakeholders, VT Consultant, and undertaking many technical surveys with the suppliers, a solution was found.

Installed from a TIRAK, and working with our supply partners, CTV, Knowsley Lifts Ltd installed:

·        Three 630kg/1.6m.s MRL's, with Ziehl Abegg SM200 gearless machines

·        Fermator Premium heavy duty doors

·        New Lift FST2 Controllers

Throughout the project the building had to remain open throughout. Working within set time frames, and the complications of COVID 19 within an office environment, Knowsley Lift Services completed the project on time and on budget.
